Property Trading London offers a unique and incredible hands-on, practical course on property development. One day of actually doing it: inspecting property, estimating costs of refurbishment, planning applications, building controls, a step-by-step course. We’ve improved on the classroom course and actually go out and inspect property and negotiate with estate agents. This course is specialized in a specific property proposition: buy-refurbish-sell. We do not aim to cover off-plan, property abroad, land, or others, just refurbishment projects in Central London.
Courses are priced at:
£1,000 for a private one day course
£400 for a group course of up to four people
£200 for the video course
Courses take place in Central London. And video courses are to be downloaded or posted in DVD.

With a hands-on approach to property training, we have improved on the class-room model.
Courses are private or for four people maximum, and involve a pre-questionnaire by email and preparatory reading provided, so you maximize your course time to practice the techniques. Follow up telephone and email access for one month.
